Green[Wood] Tip of the Week – Local Animal Shelters need your Newspapers and junk mail

0
Are you overwhelmed with piles and piles of Newspaper and buckets of shredded paper and junk mail you don’t know what to do with?

Here’s a great idea …

Before you dump your junk mail and newspapers into the recycle bin on garbage night, take them to a local animal shelter. The shelter can use the paper to fill donated pillow cases for the animals to lay on and also for puppies to play in. This is a great way to recycle your junk mail and newspapers.  Newpaper can also be used as potty pads and line the bottoms of the animals crates and more.
