I am very pleased to announce that I am now part of the Sereno Group family!  Like Rainmaker Properties, Sereno Group is aligned with my personal goals of giving back to the community and I will continue with my philanthropy as well as providing superior service to my clients.  In my business, not only is it important to me as a business person to be involved in my community and to give back, but also provide a unique and personal real estate experience to everyone that I touch.  My goal has been, and will always be to provide outstanding service, 100% guaranteed!

My move to Sereno Group makes a lot of sense.  With the new Willow Glen office opening up at the end of March, 2012 it will give me the opportunity to work where I have a large niche of my business.  I will be able to foster more relationships with the people in the neighborhood and be closely involved with the activities in Willow Glen and the surrounding areas.  In addition, I’ll be able to distinguish myself as one of the neighborhood Real Estate experts!

2012 is going to be a great year in Real Estate! Although the market is not completely recovered, I have seen a lot of great things:  interest rates are super low right now, and will continue for a while longer with this trend; housing inventory is certainly picking up from the sluggish 2011 end of year; and I see my clients being VERY optimistic and confident about buying and selling.

My new office will be located in the Willow Glen Town Square located at 1100 Lincoln Avenue, Suite 107.   I can’t wait to see you when the office opens in a few months, but until then call me if I can help you with your Real Estate needs!
