Sara Greenwood and her silly canine companion, Dharma McDoodle

Prior to joining Sereno Group, Sara worked for Rainmaker Properties, a small boutique real estate firm that focuses on the special and unique needs of each client.  Believing that a client is more than just a transaction, Sara has been able to gain popularity with prospective sellers and buyers because of her sincere compassion for each client and their unique situation.  In addition, Sara is a very strong negotiator and works hard and assertively to meet the needs of each distinctive client.  She understands the delicate mixture of services and skills that it takes to ensure a smooth sales process. Combining marketing, communication, and negotiation skills, with a dedication to providing superior client service, Sara will make your real estate transaction a positive one.

Sara is a Willow Glen native!  Born and raised In Willow Glen, Sara still calls this town her home.  She attended San Jose Schools and graduated from Santa Clara University with a Baccalaureate of Arts in Fine Arts.  Sara definitely KNOWS the Bay Area real estate business. Besides Sara’s excellent knowledge of the area, Sara’s clients will talk most about her integrity, professionalism, energy level, communication skills, and her “soulful” approach to real estate.

Sara’s values and respect of living “Green”, as well as specialized training has earned her EcoBroker Certified® designation, focusing on energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions. Sara joins the movement of professionals pushing the real estate market toward energy-efficient, sustainable, and healthier features in homes and buildings.

Prior to her Real Estate career, Sara spent 13 years in Sales & Marketing working for industry leaders in the semiconductor and telecommunications fields.  Outside of Real Estate, Sara enjoys mountain biking, taking her three enthusiastic Poodles for mile-long walks, traveling and exploring new wines.  She is supported by her husband Eric, who manages the infrastructure of her business and her daughter Astrid who makes this life so incredibly rich.
